Each household in the Countrywood Neighborhood pays a neighborhood association fee. These fees are used to pay the cost of:

  1. Utilities (power and water) for the Rocky Ridge Road entrance to Countrywood,
  2. Maintenance, lawn care and landscaping of the Countrywood entrance on Rocky Ridge Road,
  3. Maintenance of street signage in Countrywood,
  4. Property and liability insurance for the Countrywood Neighborhood Association,
  5. Maintenance and technical support of the Countrywood website, and
  6. Administrative expenses (bank fees, postage, copying, etc.)
